Hello Everyone, I want to have a point of a globe that shoots arrows with a tracer in a bunch of different directions almost randomly.

    I followed this tutorial.
    https://sketchypictures.com/tutorials/cinema_4d_tutorials/dotted_lines/dotted_lines.html

And it works great for one line or path. But what if I wanted a bunch of different paths, shooting out of one point and the lines going in all different directions. I was playing with using this tutorial, then duplicating it a bunch of different times, but it is getting to be too much work for something that can be kinda rough and random.

I tried to create a particle emitter(not thinking particles, just a regular emitter) that emits the objects that I want traced, but the tracer won’t follow them. I know people are using thinking particles to have traced, but I am not that familiar with that method.

Anyone got any ideas. Basically one point on a globe that shoots arrows in all different directions from that point.

    Thanks

Just drag the emitter itself into the tracer’s “trace link” box.
