Modifying Title Background Templates
How can I modify Title Background Templates that come with Premiere Pro? I’m really trying to change part of the background that is red to a blue. Can I drag or export to photoshop?

The templates are customizable. A template simply consists of a combination of Shape and text objects. Use the selection tool to select an object and then change the Properties for that object. You can then save that as a user template if you want…Ctrl-J and then click on the tiny arrow in the upper right corner.
