  • Modifying Emulsion Codes for Film Lists

Am trying to prep for a DI out of Xpress Pro 4.6. Shot 16mm, telecined to dvcam, captured on a full composer system to reverse pulldown, cut at 24. Issue is that in telecine reader couldn’t read new Eastman Kodak Emulsion Codes for 7217 and produced a “?” in the Emulsion Code column. I want to modify the keycode to add the correct emulsion code and do not know if it is safe to do on the “modify clip” level. I could also modify the pull/cut lists to reflect the Emulsion Code but do not know the best way to do it.
    Advice?

You can change it directly in the bin for each KN Start value. You will be notified with a terrifying warning, but go ahead and say yes. Repeat for each one and regenerate your list.
