Modify Timecode–broken? Or am I just not getting it?

When trying to modify the timecode on ProRes files I can’t seem to switch between Non drop and drop. There’s no toggle. Typing in a semicolon doesn’t work. Am I missing something or is this just broken?

If its broken, can somebody recommend a tool or app out there for altering TC in the Source files before importation?

Looking at the documentation for versions after CS5.5, it looks as if the software reads whether your timecode is drop or non-drop, and that’s it – no settings to change that. See if you take away the same thing as I did from the docs:
