    Hey all-
We are in process of combining what were 11 minute episodes into 44 minute movies.

In doing so we created one big timeline (Call it Project A), and imported a sequence (Call it Sequence B) that was created in a different project (Call it PROJECT B). However, when we now modify that sequence, SEQUENCE B, PROJECT B) the one in PROJECT A does not reflect the changes?

Do we need to re-import it every time or is there a way to do the equivalent of “Replace Media’ and update the timeline. The overall changes are just to sound effects, so it would be a bummer to have to re-build the 44 min timeline every time we get a change to one of the 11 minute sequences (originally created in individual projects)

    Thanks for the help!

With Dynamic Link a change made in AE is automatically updated in Premiere.

It doesn’t seem to be the same in Premiere though.

So I am thinking then that All Sequences will have to be in the same project, if we want to update one and have it LIVE change the Main Timeline, yes?
