  .MOD files – a solution

  Had trouble getting the audio to show up in Vegas when dragging an .MOD file in. .MOD is proprietary format from some video cameras. Changing the extension to .mpg or .mov didn’t work. I tried changing it to .VOB and… it worked! Audio and video all showed up in timeline. Hope someone can make use of this easy fix. BTW these were from a JVC camcorder.
