Very difficult to say without seeing the project. Maybe an obvious question but “are there definitely clean frames within the shot”?

The key to getting a good remove in Mocha Pro is having a good background planar track and there are usable temporal clean areas. If the foreground object that you are removing is passing in front of multiple planar areas, each area needs to be its own track layer.

You might want to share some images OR submit a support case to have someone look at the issue.

    Good luck.

sorry for the delay. i followed what you said and added multiple layers for the diffrent part planes in the background.
it made some progress but still far from looking usable.
i video cuptured the project so you can look for yourself

Looking at your project, it looks like you need to create some clean frames using the clean plate module and a paint package like Photoshop.

It does not appear that there is enough motion in the shot to get a remove, since the clean areas do not actually exist in the shot. Mocha uses temporal frames to find clean areas and replace, but if the shot does not contain a clean frame, the artist will have to feed it at least one clean plate frame.

This link will point you to a few videos showing the Mocha Pro Remove + Clean Plate workflow:

    Hope this helps.
