    does anyone know the difference between Mocha that comes with After Effects and Mocha for After Effects from Imagineer Systems? Does M4AE allow you to do more? or is it basically an external tracker that does the same thing as the internal Mocha effect?

    Not anymore. There is a new updated version called mocha AE v2.5 that adds:

    • Final Cut Pro Export
    • Apple Motion Export
    • New improved user interface
    • free mocha shape plug-ins for FCP and AE
    • Open EXR support and more
