HI Everyone,

I’m sure this question has been touched on before but after some archive searches I have found some but not much.

I’m an indie film maker and recently I have decided to buy a Sen 416. Unfortunately I have no boom poll or softie anything so I would have to get those too.

I was thinking a K-Tek Zeppelin and a coiled aluminum poll (2.5-9.2′). Or do you think I should just go with the BH kit, link below? (I assume its slightly over priced)

I would rather not spend more than $1750, and any advice at all is greatly appreciated.

PS I’ll mostly be shooting outdoors and some indoors, but the indoor spaces are quite huge.

Carbon is lighter than metal. You’ll come to appreciate that.

Given where the dollars is right now against the Mark, the B&H is a good deal.
