    Hi all,

I would like to do a zoom out from a 1080 video comp that looks like it is pasted onto a globe. I’ve used CC Sphere to make the globe, but where I run into trouble is how to get the video looking like it’s part of the globe. If I put the video in the pre-comp CC Sphere is applied to, it can’t get up to 1080 resolution. If I try putting it outside the pre- comp, I can’t get it to look like it’s on the surface of the globe.

    Any ideas?

Make the precomp that holds your video a lot larger than 1080.

    Thanks.

The problem was that I had a very large spherized comp, but I hadn’t made the radius of the sphere large enough. It works great now!
