mixing HDV/DVCPRO HD/DV, 720P24, 1080i30, 480p, 480i, 4×3, 16×9, drop and non-drop frame into one time-line
I’m currently editing my reel and have quick times from projects in different formats including the following:
1. HDV Projects (both 720p24 from a JVC Camera and 1080i from a Canon
XL-H1) that were output into Apple ProRes 422 720p24 Quick-Times
2. DVCPRO HD 720p footage shot with HVX-200
3. 16×9, 720×480 (853×480) progressive Quick-times
4. 4×3, 720×480 interlaced Quick-times
5. Motion Graphics Presentations – 640×480 Square Pixel Aspect Ratio,
30 Frames, Progressive.I’ve being trying to edit all these projects into one time-line in Final Cut 6.0.3. The final out put is going to be uploaded to my website in both Quick-time WMV and Flash as 480×720 16×9 and 320×240
(using a wide screen filter for all 4×3 footage).
I’ve been trying to do this for a while now but keep getting jagged graphics and video.Any ideas regarding work flow, plug-ins, and settings are highly appreciated.
Thank you,
