Mixing HD and SD video in same project of FCP?
Is it possible to mix HD captured footage and SD captured footage into the same FCP project? If so can anyone tell me how to do this? If not is there any solutions to doing this or a workaround?

Welcome to the Cow and to Final Cut Pro!
With Final Cut Pro Version 6, you can mix formats on your timeline.
Simply drag your footage to the timeline.
