    Mixing Canon & DVX100b footage

    Here’s another question – I am using a Canon GL2 for some footage with a Pan. DVX100b. What should I set the Canon to record in so it will cut together? Letterbox both? I thought Letterbox because then I can uprez to Widescreen if needed…

    Mix how- like a totally different look or interchangeable. The latter is going to be tough with a GL2.

    Don’t mind if it’s totally different – I’m also mixing Super 8 in too.
