Mixing Audio Channels during Log & Transfer
I know I can turn audio channels on and off when ingesting MXF files to QT files using FC Log & Transfer. But is there a way to mix the channels during this process, so I end up with two stereo audio channels in the QT file from the original four iso channels of the MXF file?

Nope. If you have 4 channels of audio, you can either bring the audio in as 4 mono tracks, or two stereo tracks.
