  Mixing and applying plug ins

  I have a question regarding applying plug ins to the final output but YET I have to deliver stems of the mix not a stereo mix.
  Therein lies my problem.
  I would like to use izotope RX Final Mix and also Insight for monitoring the overall mix. However, for obvious reasons the plug ins don’t make it to the stems on export.
  How do you apply effects to the overall mix yet deliver stems? Is it possible through some track routing I’m unaware of?

  I’m stumped. I don’t have the option of a stereo mix delivery as I’m handing the mix stems to editors for tagging and they need to make timing adjustments to VO and SFX.
