First off is the difference between the look of home movies and hollywood films the fact that home movies are 29.97 and films are 24p?

I have a camera thats only 29.97 and others that shoot 24p. Can I effectively make a 24 frame movie and use the 29.97 footage? Can they mix or will Premiere convert 29.97 down to 24? Is it very effective, any quality loss?

    Thanks
    Tom
