  Missing scopes in Premiere Pro

  We’re using a Blackmagic Decklink SP on an approved dual Xeon system with 2G RAM. Editing in Premiere Pro 1.5.1, I noticed the software waveform and vector scopes would not start. All scopes refused to display in either source or record window. Has anyone else seen this problem?
