Missing project files after re-install
I recently had to uninstall DaVinci Lite on my Mac Pro machine.
Does uninstalling the program delete all of your project files?Now I’ve reinstalled it none of my project files are showing. Are they stored elsewhere? Is there anyway I can recover these?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I did the same thing, what I’m learning now after reading several posts is there is no way to recover the project files.
Check out this post, you would need to have done the backup from within Resolve prior to your uninstall. Let’s say even if you could find the “hidden, non-accessible, non-user manipulate-able files” (as per blackmagic design) you can not just copy them back to you new installation.

I just got screwed on this too, and lost a highly complex grade that took me 4 weeks to do which I will probably never be able to recreate.
Quite upset about that.
