  Missing Presets in AME CC

  Hi, I’m hoping someone can help.

  The H.264 and Mpeg presets have suddenly stopped working. They are still visible in the drop down menu but when I try to apply them I get this error message

  [..\..\src\Command_Duplicate.cpp-202]. The last three digits change depending on what preset is applied.

  I’ve re-installed and updated AME. Those presets are still available and working when exporting directly from Premiere Pro.
