    Hi everyone,
I just upgraded to FCP 5.0 from 4.5 and the plugs in the Lib: App support:Final Cut Pro folder are not showing up in the menu in FCP 5. AM I missing something?

I opened & updated a 4.5 project with Magic Bullet filters applied , unchecked and rerendered and they look fine, but I can’t get the filter folder to show up in the program.

    Hmmm…

I’m not sure if this is what you have experienced, but:

Some plugs are installed in the folder inside the application. (Right click, choose “show content”, find the plug-ins folder).

As 5 replaces 4.5, these plugs are lost ver en upgrade an will need to be reinstalled.

I also had to throw away a bunch of audio component files to get started again.

Update to the latest version 5.04 and you will be fine. The plug-in problem was solved in 5.01
