Missing Mpeg Streamclip preset

I discovered that I had an earlier version of mpeg streamclip which didn’t have the 1920by1080 unscaled option. I’ve just downloaded the latest version.

I’m still a little confused about why mpeg streamclip has only two options in the field dominance section i.e. upper and lower, why is there no option for none, this feels like it’s interlacing?
