Missing Library Menus in Encore CS4…
I have Adobe CS4 Classroom in a Book, and I’m working on the creation of a menu DVD in Encore CS4. In the tutorial it first asks to select the Library panel in Encore to see a list of assets, and that I should see several sets of menu and button styles. When I select the Library panel, nothing is shown in the panel. Next on the list, it says to choose the General Set. Nothing is in the General Set when I click it. Next it asks to locate the menu named Radiant Submenu WIDE. However, even when I do a search within the template panel, I cannot locate this menu anywhere. Does any one know how I can either download these missing library assets or locate them in my computer? I’m working on Windows 7, 64 bit.

I have run into this problem before when teaching at an Adobe Training Center. The Encore libraries have to be loaded from your CS4 installation disks. Just locate the CS4 disk with Encore and then load the libraries.
