  • Missing functions on Tangent wave.

I am now working more and more away from the keyboard these days. The wave panel is giving me almost all of what I need. With 3 missing options:

1 – while we have “aspect” for power windows we don’t seem to have any stretch options x and y. Only zoom. If I have missed it where is it?

2 – See attached image: Missing the 2 blurs for keys. I am always bluring my keys slightly but don’t see anyway to do this from the panel either. One is the “soft” under the center slider and the other is the “blur” radius. Again I have looked though the wave mappings and can’t find these two.

3 – Anyone else wish also that Create power windows was the default rather then alt default on the windows menu?

I know these are just quibbles. But when you have someone next to you going back and forth to the machine grabbing the pen. is rather time consuming. And these functions I would assume everyone uses a ton.

I would also throw in – I loved the feature on Apple Color where I could position a window with a trackball. Seemed to work really fast that way as opposed to dual knobs. Perhaps this can be added as an alt function?

Yes! I would agree. select window and then move the right most trackerball. would rock!
So it isn’t my imagination that those bluring / soft functions are NOT on the wave?

Personally, I use the magic trackpad with the Tangent Wave. I find it easier manipulate windows with it then the knobs and it doesn’t take up too much space. But, I wouldn’t complain if we had mouse emulation mode on the right trackball 🙂
