    Hi,

I edit on several different macs…all with the most current FCP version…but one computer (mirrordoor G4) is missing a bunch of filters, like glow, smoothcam, stylize: badtv and a bunch more.

Can anyone tell me why I’m missing them and/or where I can find them and/or if I can add them to the G4’s fcp filters.

    thanks for any tips…

    Regards,

Could be that your graphics card can’t handle the fxplugs, but you can try by going to effects > effect availability > All Effects.

I too have run into that issue. But it only happened once I downloaded the latest system update. Does anyone know of a workaround? I’ve tried reinstalling, trashing preferences, the whole nine yards. Could it be it has something to do with my 3rd party upgrades in cpu? Any advice would be great.
