Am running M100 8.2.2 on G5 with expansion chassis. All was well until I JUST installed FCP HD 4.5 and when I went to open M100 I got the following message: Could not start the application because the Media 100 driver (Media_100_Vincent.kext) failed to load.
I reinstalled M100 and got the same message again. Where would I find this driver to install?
    Thank you!

The kext should be in System->Library->Extensions. But this sounds like you have some sort of hardware problem. Have you tried to run the Media 100 hardware test? Are your connections to the expansion chassis okay? Power on on the expansion chassis?

Whew…..my mistake – thank goodness. When I installed FCP, I did not have the expansion chassis turned on. I went to open M100 and forgot the chassis was off.
    All is okay again.
