Missing clips in L+T when using Canon E1 plugin
Hello,
We’ve been having problems with crashing in the L+T window in FCP when opening clips from a canon 5d mk2.
We updated the canon plugin to the latest release – CE1160X.dmg which fixed the crashing
However, we now have a problem where only some clips from a card show up in L+T.Using Finder’s Get Info to check difference between MOV files, we spotted the following:
L+T ignores the file if its listed as having these codecs: H.264, Linear PCM, Timecode
But opens the file if it has these codecs: H.264, Linear PCM (without Timecode)
Has anyone else had this problem with the Canon plugin?

Nick,
Try 5DtoRGB lite it’s free on the Apple app store and so much better. There is a batch version is $50. It’s worth every penny. I never use L&T again with 5D footage.
I have nothing to do with the company I am just a very pleased user.
