Missing cc page turn in CS4
I just downloaded a trial version of CS4 (I own CS3) and evidently I am missing the cc page turn plug-in. I have looked in every conceivable place and cannot find it. Is there a place where I can go to download this plug-in? Any chance it does not come with the trail version? Thanks!!!

Alas. I just discovered that cc page turn is not part of the trail package. 🙁
