Ok so i have some cut aways cut from original footage and the audio is missing where i unlinked them and deleted them unintentionally, is there a way to find out the timecode for the clip so i can go back to the original footage and find it rather than having to match it up from the original footage then cutting it out again, if that make sense?

Position the CTI at first frame of a clip in the timeline. Press the T key. This will reveal the source clip in the Source window with the original In and Out Points shown in green bar at the bottom of the Source window. If you then adjusted the In or Out points further in the timeline, this will be indicated by a gray bar above the green bar.
Choose “Take Audio” from the wing menu of the Source window. Select the Target track for the audio and use the Overlay command to overlay the audio in the timeline.
