missing 3D transform from filters
For some reason upon viewing certain tutorials there is a filter thats missing from my filters list. I want to use 3D transform but its not available. Any help would be appreciated.

What type of 3D effect are you trying to achieve? What does the tutorial call for? Where is the tutorial from? Does it specifically call for a 3D transform filter?
