    Trying to figure out if I should have “mirror on desktop” ticked or not in FCP
    Can not find anything in the manuals.
    Have a decklink extreme in G5.

    Any thoughts?

    Hi,

    Yes, this option should be enabled so you can monitor your video with an external broadcast monitor. The following is a quote from the Final Cut Pro manual.

    Check this box to show video on both your computer
