  migrate settings from 2017 to 2018

  Hi, I just updated my CC apps to 2018 and my Effects Rack Presets did not migrate even though I clicked the import previous settings. In fact none of the apps imported previous settings. I don’t see any obvious way to export them from 2017 to import into 2018. Advice?
