Microboards G3 vs. Primera Bravo
Looking at both of these units (capacity 50 discs).
Mostly black and white label printing (text) and runs of 25-50.Do you use a duplicator tower and just use the Bravo for printing?
Some recommend just get the print only versions and a seperate stand alone duplicator tower as it may work out to a few dollars more, but will be faster, but as I am not necessarily looking for the fastest unit, but the most reliable and set it and (hope to) forget it method.

I use the Bravo Pro II. It’s an older machine. Works great, but I have to buy their propriety ink cartridges, which are way over priced at $45 each.
Their new printers use Lexmark CMYK separate cartridges. I’m guessing you can go buy Lexmark cartridges at your local ink store, but I would call or email them first to confirm this.
Primera makes great machines. I also rarely do runs over 25 – 50.
I personally like having it in one machine. I just drop in the discs, start the machine, and go about my business….or to bed.
With a tower, you have to manually load the disc after each burn. It’s faster if you are going to be in the room the whole time.

Yes. Set and forget is ideal for me … right now. Perhaps I will add a tower at a later date.
It seems that there are many Primera users out there 🙂
It looks like the Microboards printer uses a conveyer belt method instead of the robotic arm and was hoping for some feedback on its reliability/quality.Ezra
