    Hello Everyone,

I Just got a new hvx200 and was wondering what microphone/kits you would recommend. Everything we shoot is indoor in our studio/greenscreen setup, mostly interview type stuff. I was looking at the me66 and some of the panasonic mics that mount directly on the camera. Any suggestions would be geatly appreciated as I am a new to the audio world. Cheers…

Mics that you mount on your camera just aren’t going to be close enough for audio such as interviews – unless you like that empty room, hollow sound or you’re right in the person’s face 😉

The setup that I’ve got consists of a couple Sennheiser ew 100 G2 UHF Wireless Lavs and a Sennheiser MKH 416 Condenser Mic that I mount on a 9′ K-Tek boom pole. Works great and covers me for most anything.
