  mic for edirol R-1

  I use the R-1 to record the occasional sound effect for commercials I edit. The internal stereo mics aren’t bad, but they do pick up a lot of handling noise.

  Any suggestions for an external mic? The R=1 only has a miniplug input with a dynamic-condenser switch that supplies 2V to the condenser. I realize any mic with a miniplug is going to be a compromise, but I’d like to know what my best options could are.
