Metric dimension for EX1’s 1/2″ CMOS?
Anyone know the metric length and width of the EX1’s 1/2″ CMOS sensor… or 1/2″ HD chips in general?

I’m trying to determine the film back size of the EX1 sensor for matchmoving. Is 1/2″ a diagonal measurement? Are sensor chips 4×3, 16×9 or 1×1?
