Metadata in FCP
Hi group, I would like to create an online database which would be searchable by content name, clip lenght, file size etc. Is it possible to embed metadat within FCP so one could search for clips online.

No idea.
But FCP Server which should be out in the fall might have the ability to do what you’re looking for. I saw it at NAB and it looked quite promising.
