As recommended, did you use a computer to format the SSD or SD media before the camera recorded on it?
(Simply deleting files instead of formatting can result in unexpected results.)
Is the SSD or SD media one of the tested and recommended drives/cards listed on BMD’s website?

If none of the above resolve your issue, it’s possible the computer drive dock or card dock (or computer configuration) you’re using is causing the problem. Test using a different dock (or update its driver software) and/or computer.
