    Metadata Database for use with FCPX

    Hi folks,
    We’re a small, non-profit organization just getting our post-production under way.. We have two workstations and need a way to track and log footage from FCPX, in a database outside of FCPX so anyone can see what footage we’re working with.

    We were looking at Filemaker Pro to use as a database. Has anyone exchanged .fpcxml data with Filemaker Pro? Has anyone found a working XSL file? The metadata handling in X is great for what we’re doing, but we need to be able to keep track of it all outside of the program.

    What kind of solution do you have for metadata tracking and FCPX? How do you fit that into your workflow?
