Mesh Warp dont show the Grid, anyone know why ????

Yes, and if that doesn’t do it try cmd/ctrl+shift+H, which is the shortcut to hide/show layer controls and other overlays in the comp viewer.

I just had this same problem. View>Show Layer Controls (Ctrl-Shift-H on Windows) fixed it for me.
