I’m beginning the process of organizing footage for a documentary and wanted to use Prelude to mark/sub-clip the interviews. But the audio has to be merged as well. Any advice on how to tackle this? My understanding is that Prelude can’t merge clips so, should I just do the marking/sub-clipping in Premiere?

    Thanks!

I would mark/subclip the audio clips in Prelude as well. That makes it a lot easier to keep it all straight while merging in PPro.

Plus you can use the TC info from the Video clips to mark the audio clips at a glance.
