Merging clips adding a substantial amount of extra audio channels
Hi, I am attempting to synch media in Premiere Pro. I imported an XML sequence that had all the video and audio for each shot lined up, and went through selecting the matching video and audio and then clicking the “merge clips” option. Most of the shots have 6 audio channels, but the merged clips have 66 audio channels. The audio is just repeated 11 times across the channels. Has anyone else run into this? I can’t seem to find a solution online anywhere.
Thanks!
