Media100 users in LosAngeles?

Hi, I’m doing a documentary project in Los Angeles in May, and may require the services of a Media100 profficient editor.

Are there any such editors based in Los Angeles?

We’re on a low budget, and so it would be easier to work with local talent, as it avoids having to cover flight expenses.

So, I’ld just like to know who/what the local talent is, Media100-wise…?
& Get introduced.

I admit this post is sparse on details, but it’s early days yet, so am just asking for a show of hands atm, of Media100 users in LA, and can elaborate on the specifics of the project in due course, to see if anyone’s interested in collaboration.

For now though, this post is just to see who’s out there.

I’m in LA and work with at least 4 Media 100 proficent editors and also own 2 M100 systems in a pro office with access to 3 more. I own an xr with sdi capabilities and an xs with the standard BOB.

I am in Covina, CA on the outskirts of Los Angeles. Going east on the I-10.
I am at an advertising agency with an in-house post production studio. I do projects on the side, we are small with all the right tools and set up for efficiency.

Mainly for radio production

Am sorry I didn’t reply sooner, but I wanted to leave the thread open for a time, to give people a chance to reply.

I intend to send an email to Warren and Chris this week, explaining the documentary project and allowing you to assess whether you want to be a part of it, or whether or not you think you could help in some form.
