  Media start time problem Premiere Pro CS6

  I am editing some captured HDV footage (captured in Final Cut Pro 7).

  Every so often the Media start property changes – it goes up by increments of 22 frames.

  I thought the media start was fixed it the captured file’s metadata.

  Any idea why this is happening?

  Never seen anything like this
