Media Relatives in FCP
In AVID I can take a SEQ and from a drop down menu find all media relatives, which show up in the bin that my SEQ is in. I can also hide them. Essentially what was used in my seq.
Anything like this in FCP?
The solution that I did was: Media Manager off the the SEQ, then create a new Project with the offline clips in that project. A bit messy but I know that that will work.
Just wondering if there was another way. Simpler way.

I do this through the “Find” function.
1. Select the sequence in the Browser
2. Type CMD + F
3. Search > Project Name
4. For > Used Media
5. In Selected Sequences box checked
6. Results > Add to Results
7. Omit check box unchecked
8. Drop Down Menu 1 > Set to “Any Column”
9. Drop Down Menu 2 > Set to “Contains”
10. Leave next field blank
11. Click the “Find All” buttonDone.
