    Hello,

    I’ve imported some HDV footage into Premiere, I then want to copy and paste clips to AE to add the effects yet when I copy the clip over it has the gold/yellow screen that says ‘media pending’ – why, and what can I do?

    It’s caching your clip, so that AE can use it.

    Just wait and it’ll pop up. In fact, if you look at the “Info” tab you can see the progress. And yes, watching that is just as fun as it sounds.
