  Media Offline?

  I exported my what I thought was just my audio track to Soundtrack Pro, but now the entire video says “media offline” for both audio and visual. I managed to get the edited audio back into my project, but I can’t find the video part anywhere and I don’t have a backup! How do I recover my project’s video file?
