Media not updating when files on server change
i am having problems getting media to update dynamically. we have animated shots (quicktime movies) in a project and the quicktime file get updated on the media server as dailies come back- sometimes the shots don’t reflect the changes in FCP even tho they are connected to the files that have been updated. i tried deleting all rendered files, reconnecting the media and restarting, but the video still looks like the previous revision. i can even import the same movie into the project and see the new version, but the old version (which is connected to the same file i am importing) still looks old. it seems like it rendered it down and refuses to release that render.
anyone know what i am missing? i hate to have to delete clips and totally reimport them.thanks!

Right click on clip to toggle clip enable on & off.
