media needs to be restored
When I import the clips via xdcam transfer to the hard-disk (apple and Final cut) I always get the message “Media needs to be restored” when I put the cards back into the camera. I always press “romove source” or “eject” before I remove the camera.
Is this normal? Will the restoring-prosess do any harm to the cards?

Restoring the card seems to do nothing but make everything normal.
