Hey All, I’m attempting to use media manager to copy a sequence into a new project with only the media needed in the sequence. When I go through the process it seems as though everything works. The new clips all appear in a new bin, the sequence comes up fine but when you play the sequence all of the clips are black. Nothing says media offline and if you hit match frame to bring it up into the viewer the clip is there. When I try to relink the files it gives me an error. Anyone have this happen to them? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Joseph,

Are you using media manager with dvcpro HD footage by chance or another codec?

Great demo reel on your website by the way.

yes I’m using it with dvcprohd footage captured over hdsdi through a knoa 2 card. I used the kona dvcprohd 720/59.94 setting with my camera as the playback source. I know this is by far not the best way to do things but it’s what I had at the time. I’m guessing this might be part of my problem? Thanks for your help.
