    Hi there,

I’m working on a project on final cut pro 6. I have about 14 hours of video which made about a 52 minute timeline. The footage was captured by tape, not by shot. (i didn’t dig it) I’m passing the project on to another editor in another building. I just want to send the media that is in the final timeline. Not all the captured media. In Avid, I would consolidate media and avid would make a new timeline and duplicate the needed footage and delete the rest. Is there a way to so this in media manager? it only makes the 429 gigs that was digitized into 370 gigs. Is there a step i’m missing, or do i have to send all this media? Isn’t there a way to just send the 52 minutes of used footage like in Avid?
